|REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Hinsdale County is issuing Request for Proposals for Communications Site
Engineering Services. The development of a new communications site is
intended to support basic communications services for the citizens and visitors
of the Upper Piedra River Region in the southend of Hinsdale County and
neighboring Archuleta County.
Contract Documents are available by request from Hinsdale County via email at

Responses to the RFP are due by Monday, July 25th, 2017, at 5:00 p.m.
(by email and by hard-copy).

Hinsdale County is soliciting bids for the COURTHOUSE PHASE IV STORM
WINDOWS. Bid proposals will be accepted until August 1st, 2017, at close of
business. Bid opening will occur at a public meeting at the Lake City Fire Station,
131 Henson Street, at 10 a.m. on August 2nd, 2017. Bid award may occur on
August 16th, 2017 at said location or at a future BOCC meeting or no award may be

Hinsdale County is requesting bids for propane services for County facilities for the
2017/2018 season, specifically for the Coursey Annex, Road and Bridge, Public
Health and Courthouse buildings. The propane services contract will be for
approximately 10,000 gallons. The County will begin accepting proposals on July
14th and will close bids on Tuesday, August 15th at 5:00 pm. Bid opening will occur
at the Hinsdale County BOCC regular meeting and workshop on Wednesday, August
16th, at the Lake City Firehouse. Proposals are to be submitted to the Hinsdale
County Administration Office at P.O. Box 277, Lake City, CO 81235 or emailed to:
