Box 865 896 Wildflower Road Lake City, Colorado 81235 970-944-5014 Services: It is the duty of the County Services Officer to assist any resident of the State of Colorado who is a veteran, or their surviving spouse , administrator, executor, guardian, conservator, or heir by filing claims for insurance, pensions, compensation for disability, hospitalization, vocation training, or any other benefits which the veteran is entitled to receive. HIPPA laws bind the Service Officer. Any discussions or information provided will be held in strict confidence. Office Hours: The office is currently located in the home of the Service Officer. No regular hours are set. Please call in advance before stopping by or to make an appointment. The Service Officer is available most any time that is convenient, including evenings and weekends. For those with accessibility problems, the Service Officer will meet at your home in Lake City or arrangements can be made to use the county offices.
